Spurred on by the success of the Whitstable BBQ we have introduced its big brother the Holkham. The galvanised metal pit has low air holes to allow for maximum circulation through the charcoal, for fast, incredibly reliable lighting and rapis whitening of the coals so you can be cooking, "well quick" as my teenage son would say!
Add to that an even burn and less 'flare-ups' and you are looking at a mighty happy-making barbeque! Once the food is finished family and friends can sit around the glowing embers way into the night or add wood and use as a firebasket.
For the stay at home types it's low maintenance and features a removable handle and easy cleaning, making it ideal for the patio.
Fact: The word Barbeque comes from the Spanish 'barbacoa,' which the Spanish explorers and adventurers of the 1660s got from the Taino tribe of Haiti, where it meant a frame work of sticks on which to roast or smoke meat
